Research profile

I am an assosiatet professor of organizational culture and management at the Faculty of Humanities in the Department of Culture and Learning at Aalborg University in Denmark. I


My specific research profile is built around the management of change processes and organizational culture. The UN's global goals, the cooperative movement and consumer - driven organizations and participatory action research are my major areas of interest.
With a technical further education and a researcher profile, I have a background that is not typical of a researcher at a humanities faculty. I have a broad understanding as a researcher and teacher. In 2019, I was named Teacher of the Year at the Department.
