Lærke Bjørka Fosgaard is a assistant professor at the Department of Law at Aalborg University.
Lærke conducts research in the fields of Law and Technology, International Business Law, and Law of Obligations with a keen interest in digital assets.
Lærke has been a visiting scholar for three months at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna in the fall of 2019 in relation to her PhD Dissertation.
Lærke is a former participant of the 24th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Furthermore, Lærke is assisting-editor of the Nordic Journal of Commercial Law.
Lærke Bjørka Fosgaard is currently teaching Law of Obligations, Business Law, and Property Law.
